The Passages to Empowerment Six Week Group Seminar: Focus on your sense of self while breaking through disempowerment that blocks you from being you and from achieving your life goals.

What is it?

The Passages to Empowerment Women’s Group Seminar is a comprehensive group coaching program that supports women to increase self confidence and make progress toward their life goals. It is offered in person in Los Gatos or Santa Cruz, Ca and via telephone to women seeking empowerment worldwide.

Who is it for?

This group seminar is for women who are ready to:

Accomplish their goals.
Let go of their fear.
Eliminate their unrealistic expectations (which means all of them).
Become acutely aware of how disempowerment operates for them.
Fully step into their lives and their life purpose.
Forgive their past while staying connected to it.
Put an end to complaints, excuses and/or perfectionism.
Enhance their connection with their self.

How it works:

For six weeks, like-minded women gather either in person or via telephone. At the first meeting, participants choose a life area plus a specific goal that will result in more life fulfillment. The Passages to Empowerment Women’s Group Seminar can be applied to ANY goal or life concern. Selecting a goal or specific life area is not required. If you want to choose a focus area and need help making this choice, you may use the Life Fulfillment Scales that we’ll review at our first meeting. Selecting a life area provides you with a powerful structure for learning. By focusing on learning the concepts in one area, you will gain mastery to apply the skills and tools to other life areas.

Each week we discuss a Passage to Empowerment (See the weekly focus topics below). You will receive handouts for each meeting to use during and after the class. Meetings are group style, meaning group members are encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions. At the end of each meeting, you will receive a challenge to help you to *really* integrate what you’re learning.

Week One Intention: Be Here Now

Become fully present to today.

Week Two Truth: Non-judgmental awareness

Week Three Compassion: Forgive and embrace yourself

Discover how fear is using your past against you.
Identify the emotional needs that you must meet today.
Learn the secret to never feeling judged again.

Week Four Gratitude: Appreciation is the spice of life

Discover an easy method to create motivation.
Learn how to effectively discuss your needs with others.
Shift from wanting more to wanting what you already have.

Week Five Diligence: Do what you say, say what you do

Debunk the top four excuses EVERYBODY uses.
Renew your commitment to you and your life goals.
Create your unique Cycles of Disempowerment and Empowerment.

Week Six Trust: Life is a flawless process

Learn the Universal Law of Allowing.
Discover how to step into flow and let go.
Bring all six weeks together.

After completing this group seminar you will:

No hype! Graduation from this seminar will not free you from life challenges forever. This is not a magic pill, "your life will be forever easy and happy from here on out" type of program. You will still get triggered and fall into the grips of fear and disempowerment throughout the rest of your life. What this group seminar will do for you is equip you with skills and tools to support you through the triggers and challenges that typically derail your goals. To really reap all of the benefits of this group seminar you must commit to attending all group meetings and completing all challenges.

Here’s how change occurs:

Become Aware: You become aware that something isn’t working; something is missing or misaligned in your life. You use non-judgmental awareness as you become more clear.
Create Understanding: You process the feelings associated with what’s missing, you take the time to understand how it came to be missing and the emotional needs that need attention. You feel your feelings without attaching “false meanings” or making up stories about yourself, life or others.
Make NEW Choices: You make new empowering choices, based upon your Virtues and Values. Perhaps these choices are risky, yet you KNOW this is the pathway to meeting your needs and creating a life of fulfillment and purpose.
