Hear how Michell changed her life!

As a life coach, I often hear women complaining about what our bodies look like. We put ourselves down, call ourselves too fat or too skinny, focus on how we’re looking old… things to that nature. Next, we talk about how physically unwell we feel. You know, feelings of exhaustion, headaches, tension, etc. An interesting observation about many women: we'll go to great effort to "fix" what we think looks wrong with our bodies, yet do very little to change what our bodies feel like to us.
We all want to be healthy, yes? Have you ever heard from anyone that they wish to be unhealthy?
Has anyone ever told you, "I'm so happy I have the flu" or "I love gasping after walking up a flight of stairs?"

Meet Dr. Renee Young, A warm and compassionate Naturopathic physician, who is on a mission to empower women to ultimate health.
Personal experience with the limitations of traditional medicine in treating her own bouts with illness is what drew Dr. Young to her field. The detective work done by a naturopathic physician – asking lots of questions beyond the typical ones about symptoms and health history – was what finally got to the root cause of her illness and restored her to good health. Now she continues this approach with her patients as she provides sensitive, individualized diagnosis and treatment to help them achieve wellness. She is passionate about Naturopathic Medicine because it gives her so many treatment options to help her patients.
