I've recently had the pleasure of working with Elaine Murphy on one of my top personal challenges: healthy eating! Not only did Elaine help me develop a weekly menu plan and grocery list, she worked with me at my pace... toward MY goals! She is patient, understanding and a shares a wealth of nutrition knowledge. Elaine taught me how to shop, cook, meal plan... all of those domestic kitchen tasks that elude my business mind! :)

Okay, so that is not Patti to the right but that is one of her numerous creations. Patti is a watercolorist and impressionist artist. She has won numerous national awards and is well known for capturing the excitement of the Mendocino Music Festival.

I met Sandy at a Law of Attraction seminar in San Francisco. We sat across from each other at lunch and immediately connected. Little did we know that the Law of Attraction was at play right then!

Shannon Watkins is the co-owner of Blendz in downtown Los Gatos where she can be found greeting everyone with a smile. Shannon is one of those women who oozes empowerment AND spirituality. Standing next to her, I can FEEL an energetic boost almost as good as the fresh salads and fruit smoothies available for purchase.

Many women have creative passion and talent yet fear they can't make a career out of it. I was watching the Martha Stewart television show last week and was amazed by Lori Marie. Watching her chat with Martha as she created a "no-sew pattern pet portrait", I knew she was our September 2007 Aspiring Woman!

Chrystal is a "high - tech refugee". After spending 15 years in high tech a lay off during the DOT COM bust, left her wondering "what will I do when I grow up?" She was thirty-five then and chose to downshift from "Internet speed" to take some time to answer this question.
