I have a dream. I have a dream and I'm going to share it with you. My dream is to one day strap myself to a parachute and skydive out of an airplane. Do I need to describe the rush of fear that just overcame my body or can you imagine it? Want to join the fun? Answer this question: What is your dream? Now picture it in your mind. See yourself doing it. Now say your dream out loud. Say, I have a dream and my dream is... Did you get the rush? Are you with me? What you just did was take three small steps to make your dream come true and if you felt the rush, trust me, the dream will be well worth it.

In our busy lives, we seldom take time to let our inner creativity flow and we are so busy nurturing and caring for others that we forget what makes us unique and special. Releasing our creativity is a wonderful way to celebrate our uniqueness and move beyond the rational barriers that adult life keeps in place.

If not, try thinking about it this way: it is the thing that you think about doing that makes you feel the most exited and the most afraid all at once. Most of the time, when we think about the word "trust," our relationships with other people come to mind. Who do you trust? Your mom? Your husband? Your best friend? Why do you trust that person? It is because you have come to rely and depend on them, right? They make good on their promises to you. They keep your secrets. They can be counted on to behave toward you in a loving, caring and supportive manner.
