Heide Medina, a wonderful mother, an amazing wife, dedicated school teacher, a shining star in our community and a loving friend. Many are aware of Heide's previous bout with breast cancer just two years ago and witnessed Heide and her amazing attitude carry her through countless doctor visits, surgery and chemotherapy. We were all thrilled and thankful to witness her recovery.

Recently, Heide made a routine visit the hospital to have a chest x-ray. Unexpectedly, Heide was confronted with unfortunate news that the cancer has returned and has spread to her lungs and bones. It's practically inconceivable that she should have to endure this yet again. Thankfully Heide is young and very strong. She is currently seeking out all of options to treat her condition.

This is a time to move fast and work together to keep her spirits high and stress level low. Due to Heide and Ric's inability to maintain a regular work schedule there will soon be mounting costs.
