STRESS! A powerful word. A powerful feeling. And, it seems to be running rampant these days. Many people are feeling the weight of an overtaxed economy, too many responsibilities and not enough time to fully enjoy life. 

Stress is not only damaging to us emotionally, it also carries some hefty physical ramifications like high blood pressure, poor digestion and sleep, creating a steam roll effect on our ability to combat it.

You're in good company. A recent survey showed that globally, 23% of women say they feel "super-stressed!" We have high pressure jobs (inside and outside of the home), we're in constant demand, and at the end of a typical day… we're spent.
