"I will use what I learned in the Passages to Empowerment Seminar to communicate with my husband and to have higher self esteem."
Okay all you Aspiring Women out there. Have I got a Fearless Challenge for you! I’ve partnered with
Los Gatos Ballet and Pilates to provide you with a Fearless Challenge you don’t want to miss.
Did you dream of being a ballerina when you were a girl?
What did those dreams include? Gracefully flowing across the floor, grand leaps into the air, leotards and pink ballet shoes? As a child, it may have been easy to dream yet as an adult woman, perhaps you have pushed that dream aside. Why? Do you fear, “I’ll look silly”, "What will people think", “I won’t be any good”, “I don’t like to look at myself in the mirror”?
This Ballet Fearless Challenge will provide you with the experience to work through triggers and insecurities and discover what you are capable of!
Ballet is a mind/body experience that can create a stillness, centering affect and a sense of calm. Susan will help you achieve this by coaching the class through:

This challenge is not about how well you can dance or how you look in the mirror! This Fearless Challenge is about setting yourself free, flowing with the moment and connecting with your body in a powerful way.

Previous Attendees Say: An Appreciation: "Hi Susan, I wanted to share: In line at Starbucks today I looked down at my feet and smiled, they were in the 5th position. I felt so proud of myself at that moment for taking on the challenge and getting myself to class. Thank you for giving me the space to explore something new! I really love the fearless challenges and can't wait for the next one."
An Aha Moment!: "I realized how my fear of certain physical activities has been kinda feeding on itself and making my world, in regards to exercise, smaller and smaller. Since I had knee surgery several years ago and a back surgery a few years before that it has never really hit me how much I avoid doing any kind of exercise. I've been afraid of doing much physically because I'm afraid I'll get injured again. So then I don't do any exercise... then I go and try to do some because I feel like such a slug but am afraid to exert too much and I exercise very timidly. |
